Heeltap is a wine events, training and retail business based in Derbyshire, and run by sommelier and wine educator Samuel Walker.
HEELTAP NOUN
An amount of alcohol left at the bottom of a glass after drinking:
“Wait, I have still a heeltap. I must drink a toast”
My experience includes working with some of the country’s top chefs and training with The Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
I provide on-trade wine list and staff training services, as well as private wine tastings.
