Heeltap is a wine events, training and supply business based in Derbyshire, and run by former sommelier Samuel Walker.

My experience includes working with some of the country’s top chefs, and training with The Court of Master Sommeliers and the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
I provide on-trade wine list and staff training services, as well as private wine tastings.
